Patrick Parfrey

I build digital products, lead teams, and spend most of my time figuring out what actually matters to users.

For the past decade, I've worked on products at different scales — from starting my own digital agency to leading product inside large organizations. Today, I lead the ConvergeSports by Deloitte mobile app, and help client teams take ideas from rough concepts to real products, scale what works, and use AI in ways that are genuinely useful, not just impressive on slides. I am also building personal projects, like apps and websites by using Gemini, Google Stitch, Replit and Claude Code.

I'm drawn to the messy parts of product building: making hard tradeoffs, getting alignment when it's uncomfortable, and turning ambiguity into forward motion. I care a lot about craft, but I care even more about outcomes — whether something ships, whether people use it, and whether it makes their lives easier.

I work best close to the product and close to the people building it. Titles matter less to me than trust, momentum, and doing work we're proud to put our names on.
